Easy Breezy Lemon Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients

Vanilla Ice Cream

Lemon Curd( Trader Joe’s has a great one)

Crumbled Shortbread or Ginger Cookies

Whipped Cream

 

Serve a scoop of ice cream in a bowl. Top with a  1-2 tablespoons of lemon curd, crumbled cookies and a dallop of whipped cream. There you are done. Dessert is served.
